It is a statutory requirement that employers have domestic helper coverage in Hong Kong in place.
The core element of the policy will satisfy your legal obligation under the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance. It will protect against your liability if the domestic helper is injured, including occupational diseases, during their employment with you.
